The Bible contains God's story of our Salvation. If you read four to five chapters a day you'll complete the entire Bible in a year. As you read you ask yourself three questions:
1. What does this teach me about God? 2. Is there a promise that I must believe? 3. Is there a command I must obey? If you read at the beginning of the day, answering these questions will give you plenty to think about throughout your day. Happy reading!
